1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may be available for certain services if a request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • If we receive no communication from you, your purchase will not be refunded after 30 days.
  • Refunds are not available for services that have already been fully completed or delivered.
  • If 30 days has lapsed, and you have been actively communicating with us about your case, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • If service can't be provided because of client deficient or inadequate due diligence or red fack OFAC check results, a refund will not be possible for laundry money policies
  • Bank fees, lawyers' advice, and lawyer time will be deducted, and only the amount corresponding to the service that hasn't been provided will be refunded.
  • If we can not fulfil the services you requested you are eligible for a refund. 

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized services that require extensive time, resources, or third-party coordination are non-refundable.
  • Due to the nature of offshore services, many processes are initiated with governmental or financial institutions, and fees associated with these processes are typically non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • We will review your request and inform you within 7 business days if you qualify for a refund or partial refund.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
