Our specialists have developed a program system that is particularly suited for the automation of small and medium sized banks. This system called MacroBank*4, is the accumulation of our expertise in dealing with offshore banks. The system is built according to a modular principle. It is easily scaled and may be adjusted according to the client's particular requirements. Any quantity of charts of accounts may simultaneously be supported in the MacroBank*4 system. The accounting system has been developed in compliance with international standards (GAAP, IAS30). An important feature of the system is the possibility to consolidate several accounting systems within the framework of a common holding company. The modules Internet-bank and Bank-Client ensure an efficient control of the client's accounts in a real time mode. In addition, it is possible to get the basic reports via the Internet necessary for audit preparation purposes. Particular attention has been paid to safety and information protection. Interaction with correspondent banks module guarantees exchange of any message types in accordance with ISO/TC 68 (Telex, SWIFT, etc.).

The main characteristics and abilities of the system:

• Runs on MS Windows NT or Windows'9x platform. Tables may be exported to MS Excel or MS Word.
• A “Client-Server” technology. MS SQL is used as database management software. Delphi3 is chosen as an environment.
• Support of several parallel charts of accounts.
• Support of several parallel journals of operations (general ledgers) based on different charts of accounts.
• Support of several parallel lists of currency exchange. The possibility of exchange rate change during one working day.
• A possibility to obtain balances based on any chart of accounts and on any list of exchange rate. There is a possibility to get balances in any currency.
• The possibility of keeping and adjusting groups of account classifiers. Based on these classifiers and different charts of accounts the system allows you to keep an efficient accounting of transactions of several companies and banks simultaneously in a real time mode. This allows you to get a consolidated reports, balances, etc.
• The ability to obtain reports for carrying out an audit (Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, etc.) that comply with GAAP.
• A flexible system of internal document circulation that ensures adjustment of documents through its various life cycle scenarios of accounting transactions. There is a three level scheme at work: Document-Transaction-Balance in a real time mode.
• Online client account management. The Internet-banking system grants the user a number of supplementary possibilities such as forex operations, stock exchange transactions in real time mode, manager’s or auditor’s access to the bank’s reports via the Internet, or remote record keeping.
• A powerful system of standard (Telex, SWIFT) and non-standard bank messages based on adjustable templates. Telex key calculation and control.
• New accounting modules for fixed and non-material assets and selling/buying securities.
• The ability to generate reports including planned future transactions or payments. An elaborated system of credit and debit planned payments control.
