Reforestation Investment

A high-yielding safe investment that is ecologically and socially responsible. Every second, a surface as big as two football fields of rain forest is being cut. That makes for an area the size of New York City per day or an area as big as Poland each year! Needless to say this causes all manner of ecological disasters. You can now do something about this and make the earth a better place for your kids, while profiting handsomely.

Our reforestation program is FSC certified for sustainability and its ecological value. This certification also assures that your wood will get a top-price on European or US markets, as only FSC certified wood will be allow to be imported in these countries. Home Depot has already committed itself to only buying FSC certified wood in the near future and already Germany allows only FSC certified Mahogany to be imported. Since there is likely to be a shortage of FSC certified wood, your wood can be sold at a top prize!

A hectare (1 ha = 2.47 acres) of our reforestation project is reforested with 4 species of precious hardwood rather then just one or two, which creates a more natural looking forest and virtually eliminates the needs for chemical pesticides, which are the bain of conventional single species plantations. The sale of wood from these trees will bring a scientifically calculated return of at least $350,000 at today’s dollar values. That is a minimum 700% return on the original investment. The total duration of the project is 25 years.

This return does not include the appreciation of the land you own. Of course, every lot comes with a legal title, inscribed in the property registry.

Since our project is a socially responsible investment, creating jobs where they are badly needed, the Panamanian government looks very favorably on such investments with the result that an investment of a minimum of $40,000 in a certified reforestation project will grant the investor the right to residency in Panama.
