Sovereign Management & Legal’s parent company has been in the business of offshore incorporations in Nevis since 1996. Sovereign Management & Legal is our flagship management and legal services company and was set up in 2002 and along with its affiliated Panama law firm, Sovereign Law Center, provides all our legal and financial services that we offer. As an internationally oriented law firm Sovereign Law Center specializes in Panamanian business, contract, real estate, shipping and immigration law.

Since Sovereign Law Center is a law firm, (asociacion civil) you are protected by attorney-client privilege in addition to Panama’s already strict business and banking confidentiality laws.

Our law firm is well suited to acting as an efficient buffer between clients and certain offshore assets that for asset protection and privacy reasons they need to be at a safe "arms length" from. Hence our emphasis is in acquiring and retaining clients for a long term relationship based on providing the best possible service at a competitive price.

There are of course many firms that offer similar services, not to mention the countless others that can be easily found on the internet, who do business from a virtual address (usually their corporate registered agent's address), along with an e-fax number and if you are lucky a voicemail number. Once they have sold you an IBC, there is no interest in maintaining any type of relationship - most of the time you cannot even get to talk to anyone! This results in the fact that the vast majority of offshore structures formed never get renewed and therefore are never put to good use. We understand our client's needs and help them to develop their international businesses by connecting them with business and investment options, or by helping them build e-commerce or import/export businesses, so that their investment in the offshore structures does not become another wasted expense.

We are not simply an incorporation mill, nor an offshore services provider whose real agenda is to sell their clients on their investments, using the incorporation business as a "loss leader" like a supermarket.

• We have some excellent banking connections which can greatly facilitate our account signatory services options.
• We can provide some effective and creative "checks and balances" for those concerned about the risk of allowing a third party to be a legal signatory on a corporate account.
  
  
• This account signatory service is done far more efficiently and for considerably less then most other law firms who provide this service. You don't have to wait around for days for a wire to be executed, since a payment order will be executed as if the order had been submitted directly to the bank itself.
  
  
• We keep corporate renewal fees as well as trustee or management fees to a realistic minimum rather then an excessive mark up as is often the case with other offshore providers, who discount the up front incorporation cost and then charge exorbitant amounts for items like Powers of Attorneys, corporate amendments or signatory services.
